The mesmerizing view is the story here
If there were a "high-level hospitality" charter in Israel, it would be carved in stone in this place. The "Nof Sela" complex stands delicately on the ridge of Mitzpe HaYamim Mountain in Amirim and offers direct access to the nature surrounding it. The Sea of Galilee, which can be seen here in all its glory, is no less perfect than the paths that descend the slope. We will quietly reveal to you that this is the best lot in the neighborhood and perhaps in all of Amirim.
Why is the location here among the best? Because the slope on the corner lot forms a natural amphitheater. From every window in the suites, and there are many, you can touch the Sea of Galilee, the Golan Heights, and the endless green ridges, as if you were a bird.
The complex has two luxurious suites. An architect, who is also a friend of the hosts, was enlisted to help the cause, and together they composed a hymn to Feng Shui, and indeed, it is impossible to miss the sense of flow and harmony that reigns here, whether in the planning itself or in the design elements.
The suites are identical. In the central space we found a kitchenette, a cozy sitting area, and a round corner jacuzzi with a changing waterfall of lights that gives bathers the feeling of bathing at night in the Sea of Galilee.
The clever design placed the jacuzzi in a corner, like a picture: between two French windows, offering a bird's-eye view of the Sea of Galilee and the mountains. Electric shutters provide privacy if needed, and a niche in the wall hosts delicate decorative items.
The unit has a home theater system with a 32" LCD TV that includes a DVD and is adjustable to 360 degrees. Outside each unit there is a small "deck" balcony with a quality hammock swinging in the light breeze.
So what does a person need to live? Not much. What does a person need to live well? We're not entirely sure, but one thing is clear: hosting here will definitely contribute to the cause.
What’s on the site?
Accommodation at a very high level. The B&B has everything, including horns.
The B&B is designed very comfortably and simply and the view is a pleasure.
The jacuzzi sits next to the window and the view and this adds a lot to the experience.
The owner Rafi is very pleasant and helpful.
The B&B is isolated even though there is a B&B relatively close to it due to good planning.
My partner and I stayed at the Arbel cabin during the weekend. The host Rafi is very nice; he decorated the lodge with balloons at my request, when we arrived he explained the area and gave recommendations. The cabin is very cozy, a breathtaking view from the balcony, a feeling of perfect privacy and quiet - we did not feel the hosts and the other guests in the complex. A significant bonus is that there is no set departure time on Shabbat, and you can take things "easy", without pressure..
A suitable contribution for the price. highly recommend!
Dried fruits, crackers, homemade jam, cookies, chocolates, cornflakes, granola, a small bottle of wine, fruit nectar, milk, a selection of coffees and teas and more.
A variety of massages and bathrobes.
Rotem and Rafi Sela, a captivating couple with their simplicity, directness, and warmth that radiates everywhere, "stopped" for a second in Amirim sixteen years ago, and since then they have been cultivating a hospitality complex with a good reputation. Rotem (with eyes as blue as the Sea of Galilee, which can be seen from anywhere here), is the daughter of Dalia, from the legendary "Dalia" restaurant in Amirim, an institution in its own right.
The Sela couple traveled around India quite a bit, and perhaps that's where the decision was made in Rotem's heart to leave her previous profession: special education and focus on what she loves: hospitality. We asked - she says she couldn't be happier.
