A view that overlooks green mountains, a pool and spa jacuzzi on the view and a large and impressive mansion with four bedrooms and lots of common spaces - Shoshans Mansion positions itself as a top-quality option for a family vacation
Location and ambience
When you arrive at Moshav Shumara, you immediately feel that here you can slow down and relax. The Shoshans estate is at the end of a street in Moshav, which is at an altitude of 530 meters, and the view is of evergreen mountains. Have you always dreamed of vacationing in a postcard of a pastoral landscape? Here it is possible. The area itself is full of options for activities (if you even want to leave the villa) such as horse riding, jeeps, ATVs and more.
What does the place include
Shoshans Mansion is a beautiful and well-kept villa that offers four bedrooms (one of which is a security room), with each room having an en-suite bathroom, which is definitely a big bonus. Each room has a wide double bed (with an Aeroflex mattress) size 160x200, wardrobe, TV and air conditioner. It is obvious that they thought about the small details here, including the soaps that will be waiting for you in the new bathrooms. The rooms are identical in their design concept, but each room has its own unique touch, whether in the color of the wall or in the decoration. A beautiful and surprising design space that meets us between the rooms is a kind of patio with glass windows, overlooking beautiful vegetation that brings light and lots of animals into the villa.
In the entrance space of the villa there is a kitchen equipped with everything you will need to cook here just like at home. A large and impressive wooden dining area is next to it, and next to it is a snooker table for fans of the genre.
The living room area invites you to relax on a wide sofa and comfortably watch a 65 inch large screen TV. The ceiling in this space is a beautiful high wooden ceiling, with a pleasant lighting element.
From here you can go out to a covered balcony with a pergola, which overlooks a rolling landscape that manages to silence any disturbing thoughts. Here you will find a ping pong table, a soccer table, and a seating area with a folding table. Near the balcony is a designed charcoal grill, a swing, and a pleasant space that is all in front of the relaxing view.
The pool and jacuzzi spa complex will be waiting for you a few steps away. There is a large 8x4 built pool that is covered and heated in the winter to 33.5 degrees, and next to it (but separated from it) is a small covered pavilion where the super pampering jacuzzi spa is located.
