Location and ambience
Dream House is a 260 square meter built villa, first line to the Sea of Galilee, overlooking the Golan Mountains. It is located on a prestigious street in Tiberias and in a tourist area full of well-known hotels. A flight of stairs leads to the villa that stands on a cliff and overlooks a spectacular panoramic view of the Sea of Galilee, far from the road and therefore enjoys peace and quiet, which is very noticeable here. There is almost complete privacy here, with houses visible from a distance, but the feeling is of a private vacation.
What does the place include
Dream House is a cozy villa with a warm modern design, which includes four bedrooms. At the entrance you will find the luxury kitchen with beautiful Italian marble, equipped with everything you need for full cooking. The kitchen also has a practical island that allows space for communal cooking, with a bar that serves as a dining area for six diners.
Everything here is wrapped in a high level design and the parquet floor adds a lot of style and warmth to the place.
Further in the entrance space you will find a large dining area for 16 diners, a beautiful living room corner with a luxurious sofa, and in the center of the space a TV that rotates 360 degrees, to any angle you want.
One of the walls here is made of windows that allow access to the balcony that faces the stunning view of the Sea of Galilee, bringing it a little closer to the villa.
The four bedrooms are designed with clean lines and allow space - two of them have a large en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The beds in three rooms are Jewish (separable) queen-size beds, and the fourth bedroom, which is used as a bedroom, has a regular double bed. Some of the bedrooms have another bed that opens into a double, so a total of 15 guests can stay here - eight adults and seven children.
The outside area includes a long landscaped balcony with seating areas and hammocks, and a more spacious seating area with shading as needed, with a kitchenette that has a sink and faucet, a charcoal and gas barbecue.
Stairs with a safety gate for children lead us to the pool area, when on the way we meet a surprising and refreshing outdoor shower. The pool itself is heated in the winter to 32 degrees, not covered (there's really no need for it here) and faces the open view of the Sea of Galilee. On the pool side there is another area for some action with a ping pong table and table football.
You should know
The villa is suitable for the religious community - there is a synagogue nearby, a Shabbat plate and a micham.
You can listen to music here only through the TV (no other music systems should be turned on).
With prior arrangement and additional payment, you can order meals and spa treatments.
We left with a feeling of
Dream House is an impressive villa with a meticulous design, with an extremely worthwhile outdoor complex and an addictive blue view. Its location is a winner for lovers of the Sea of Galilee, and also for those who simply like to feel in their own private resort with first line to the water.
