disappointing. We felt cheated.
We arrived at the villa for a family holiday, 7 adults and 8 children. The villa itself is a luxury calibre, but on the first evening it is quite disappointing. Although there is a jacuzzi (due to the corona virus we were told that it is forbidden to use it) and a pool, but there is a great lack of attention to details that make the accommodation pleasant and luxurious. There is one small refrigerator. There were no towels. There were no chairs for 15 and we had to ask for them to be brought. Even then, We got a 5 instead of a 9, because they didn't have any. The showers have nowhere to put the soap and shampoo, and nowhere to put toothbrushes. 2 door handles are falling apart, after we were told this is a brand new villa that just opened. The pillows are shaggy and definitely not new. We were told there was a toaster. When we arrived , there wasn't. We were told that it broke and they would bring another. They did bring a new one after about an hour. There is no pot holder, no basic spices like pepper and salt. There is one kitchen towel. For 15 people for a week. They will probably bring a clean one if we ask, but in a luxury villa the expectation is that there will be A cupboard with a number of kitchen towels that can be replaced when you get dirty or wet. It should be equipped and you don't have to ask for everything. In the villas we stayed in the past, there was thought about details in the kitchen such as baking paper, silver foil, plastic wrap. There was nothing here. The dishwasher is not fixed and almost turned over With all the tools. Even after we were alerted, it was not taken care of. The most basic Yes package. No vod, no sports channels and most children's channels. One umbrella in the pool area and one umbrella in the barbecue area. The first one is incorrect. Closes all the time and we had to tie it with a bag, so that it wouldn't close. There are indeed nice facilities for children (swings and slides...), a ping pong table and an Xbox, but it really doesn't justify the amount they are asking for. Prestige, it was not. Even when we contacted Sapir, who we were told was responsible, she only said that she was sorry that this was our experience, but we are to blame for it, because "we should have asked, and we didn't." Bottom line, complete lack of service consciousness. It's not that the place is bad, it just doesn't match the exorbitant price they asked for it
