Cancellation fees : 20% From the booking price, Cancellation in process 14-21 Days From date of visit.
Cancellation fees : 50% From the booking price, Cancellation in process 7-13 Days From date of visit.
Cancellation fees : 100% From the booking price, Cancellation in process 6 Days or less From date of visit.
- The reservation will come into effect only after an advance payment of 20% of the accommodation cost by bank transfer
- If within 24 hours from the moment of the order no advance payment has been made, the order will be cancelled. A reference for the transfer must be sent.
- Between 14-21 days before the accommodation date, a cancellation fee of approximately 20% of the reservation cost will be charged
- Between 7-13 days before the date of accommodation, a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the reservation will be charged
- Between 1-6 days or in case of non-arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the reservation will be charged
- If there is a full closure, the guests will be able to cancel the reservation at any stage without cancellation fees via an update email.
- If someone goes into isolation, please hand over the document verifying this and we will charge 5% of the total transaction which will be credited to you in the next order.
