יש משהו אחר ברועי, הבעלים. אולי זה קשור לאופן בו הוא מתמסר למתחם הזה ולאמנות האירוח, אולי זה קשור לרמת התחזוקה הגבוהה בה הוא שומר אותו, או לאופן המקצועי, ההחלטי, נוסך הבטחון בו הוא מתייחס לצרכים של אורחיו. כל זה מסביר את העובדה שטרופי צימר- ספא הוא מתחם מתוקתק ומתוחזק ברמה מרשימה ממש. הכל כאן בדיוק במקום, ערוך ומוכן לשימושכם.

Location and ambience
מיקום- ישוב שמציע בילוי תיירותי
טרופי צימר ספא ממוקם ביישוב שזור, שבשנים האחרונות עובר שינוי ומיישוב חקלאי עובר יותר ויותר לתחום התיירות.
לאחר שנכנסים דרך שער חשמלי למתחם מגיעים לחניה פרטית ולמתחם בו מצויות הבקתות. בתוך היישוב יש מגוון פעילויות טרקטורונים ולא מעט אטרקציות, מסלולי טיולים קרובים ונגישים ומגוון מסעדות וחנויות במרחק 5 דקות נסיעה (כרמיאל).
המתחם- מומלץ לבילוי של מספר זוגות
יש כאן 5 בקתות שמקיפות את מתחם הספא המשותף. כל בקתה מאובזרת במיטה זוגית (1.90X1.40), ג'קוזי פנימי, ספא, טלוויזיה עם YES, פינת ישיבה ומטבחון עם בר מים וחדר רחצה.ובריכה מחוממת משותפת.
המרפסת האישית של כל בקתה פונה למתחם המשותף ובו בריכה, ג'קוזי ספא, סאונה, פינות ישיבה, ערסלים, בר משקאות (ניתן להזמין משקאות בהודעה מראש) ומקרר לרשות האורחים.
יש כאן צמחייה טרופית מסביב לבקתות, הרבה שקט ואווירה נעימה.
המארחים- גישה מקצועית שמשרה בטחון
רועי מאוד בטוח בעצמו, ובחוויה שהמקום מציע, וכנראה שבצדק. יש לרועי גישה מעולה לאירוח מתוך הבנה עמוקה שהגורם העיקרי להצלחה שלו הוא ההמלצות של האורחים לסובבים אותם. התוצאה היא שהוא עושה כל מה שצריך שאורחים יצאו מרוצים, מחוייכים וממליצים.
איך הוא עושה את זה? קודם כל ע"י הפינוקים שהוא מרעיף תוך כדי האירוח, בעזרה לתאם אטרקציות, טיפולי ספא שיגיעו אליכם לצימר (רועי מטפל במקצועו כך שהוא אחראי לכך שהטיפולים יהיו ברמה גבוה), ארוחת בוקר מדוגמת שהוא ואשתו מכינים והמון המון תשומת לב לפרטים וגישה פתוחה ונעימה לאנשים.

Recommendation Tropical Zimmer Spa
Hi Shimirchel, we stayed at Tropical Zimmer Spa during the dance festival. We arrived at a pastoral place surrounded by tropical vegetation and a really pleasant atmosphere. The owners of the Zimmer, Tal and Roi, greeted us with a lot of warmth. The level of service is excellent and kind. They constantly asked if we were missing anything, and they were in an area where we would not talk about the treats. Ice coffee, seasonal fruits, creatives, etc. In short, it is highly recommended, we will definitely go back there with the family

Error in choosing the compound
We took the whole complex. The complex is maintained at a low level with lots of safety problems, lack of comfort and a problematic attitude on the part of the hosts. Next to one of the units is installed the machine room of the pool which works all the time and disturbs sleep. There are big differences between the units - don't be surprised if there are differences between the pictures and reality.
