After such an opening, it is a bit difficult to surprise. But still, this place definitely managed to surprise me: how many places do you know that offer you a perfect romantic spice for the first vacation, for the marriage proposal and then... for the wedding itself?! Indeed, if you decide to take this step, you can also book here a beautiful garden that will be used for the reception and a model ballroom for the event itself.
Location - sure it's here? A bit like magic or some sophisticated illusion, "Sandrine" is not revealed to the eye until the second you enter its gates.
The truth, I heard about the place from visitors who stayed here - and yet, when I came to review it - I "fell into the trap" of the magician. From the Acre-Nahariya road, next to Kibbutz Regva, I turn to a commercial center with shops, restaurants and everything you need. After 2 minutes the whiz leads me to a large parking lot and announces "you have reached your destination". A shopping center? A romantic luxury vacation? But the "Sandrine" sign directs me. I enter a pleasant lobby, where a smiling young hostess welcomes me.
It turns out that this is a very large complex, overlooking a corn field and the ancient and beautiful water source, and from its second place there is a panoramic view of the sea and the nearby Shebi Zion beach.
The complex: luxury, The tour the hostess gave me at the place was undoubtedly one of the longest I've experienced, after all - 26 rooms. We started in the main building which contains the spa complex offering a variety of massages, Turkish bath, indoor spa jacuzzi, wet and dry sauna, coffee lounge and 5 treatment rooms. In addition, there is a tanning shower, a variety of care creams and tanning products and cosmetics.
On the adjoining outdoor terrace I found a pool, another spa jacuzzi, hot tub, sitting areas, sunbeds and comfortable sofas. The balcony overlooks the vegetation, and beyond it is the parking lot.
The spa facilities are accessible to guests and there are a variety of benefits for massages. Breakfast is served in the lobby or in the dining room. In this place there is definitely an emphasis on service and treats.
The suites: plenty of options, view and privacy There are 12 suites
on the top floor of the main building. Suites 1-11 ("Boutique Suites") offer a generous size of 55 square meters and have a double bed, TV, coffee machine, bathroom, dining table, minibar, seating area and wardrobe. Suite No. 12 ("Boutique Deluxe") is the most spacious at 65 square meters and is equipped in the same way.
These suites have an excellent view: the odd suites face the sea (Shebi Zion beach) and the even ones face the beautiful water truth and the corn field.
There are 14 additional suites
in 4 separate ground buildings :
- 6 "Garden" suites measuring 36 square meters do not offer a private outdoor balcony, but you can enjoy a variety of shared outdoor seating areas in the vicinity.
- 4 "Jacuzzi Garden" suites enjoy a courtyard with complete privacy, a private spa jacuzzi and a sitting area.
- 2 "Pool" suite - with a private yard, complete privacy, a pool combined with a spa jacuzzi and a sitting area.
- 2 "Deluxe Pool" suites - very spacious (80 square meters in size) with an outdoor area with a stream pool with an integrated spa jacuzzi, sitting areas and privacy achieved by vegetation and fruit trees.
When we finished seeing all the suites, the hostess showed me the common BBQ area in the complex, with a large and well-equipped grilling area, a refrigerator and shaded seating areas for guests. On the way, I got to pet a sweet horse in the adjacent Mange - to complete the pastoral.
The hosts - a rich background in the field of hospitality Shoki and Sandrin, the owners of the boutique hotel, come from the hospitality industry and have a rich past in restaurants. These roots are felt here in the warm, Israeli and abundant service. Everything here is served generously, and Shuki seems to oversee things in a good, smiling and informal spirit.
In conclusion: there is something different here in the Israeli landscape, and that's a good thing. This place gives a total experience, and in an abundant and smiling way. When you add this to a great location not far from the beach, from the restaurants of Nahariya and Acre and from the itineraries in the Western Galilee - you get a respectable and recommended mix.
