A luxury mansion for families, with large space and a rare outdoor complex
We liked it
A large space overlooking an open, green landscape, an especially large swimming pool, a large and luxurious whirlpool pool, a variety of room sharing options among guests.
We noticed that
"Greenfield Estate" located at the edge of Moshav Sde Eliezer in the Upper Galilee, is a large and spacious vacation villa overlooking green fields, orchards and the mountains that hug Sde Eliezer to the west. A combination of a location that provides complete privacy, mountain views, a huge, luxurious and beautiful outdoor complex and a large and spacious villa - are what allow you to enjoy a family vacation here that is no less than perfect.
Location and ambience
There is a lot to tell about "Greenfield," but perhaps before we begin, let's tell you a little about the area: For those who don't yet know Sde Eliezer, it is an agricultural settlement with large estates located on the western side of Highway 90, which leads to some of the more interesting locations in the north - Agmon Hula, Metula, Mekorot Jordan, and more.
The villa itself is located on a large area with lawns, fruit trees, a large fenced private pool, hammocks, shaded seating areas, a BBQ area and a combined whirlpool spa pool suitable for seating about 20 guests. There are also 2 buildings scattered throughout the area, including three additional bedrooms for those staying in the villa. The atmosphere here is very rustic and the design incorporates many wooden elements.
What does the place include
The villa is pleasantly and fluidly designed and continues the rustic line we noticed outside. It is very large and can accommodate up to 25 guests, in nine bedrooms. Six of them in the villa and three more in buildings outside and near the villa. On the lower level there is a huge and fully equipped kitchen with two sinks, a dishwasher, an oven, a gas stove, a water bar, a large refrigerator, cooking utensils and everything you need to prepare a festive meal. The large dining table is made of wood and is suitable for 14 diners. The cozy and spacious living room contains a double seating area, a TV and 2 fireplaces.
The rooms in the villa are divided as follows: On the lower level (entrance) of the villa, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Wooden stairs lead to the upper level, which is divided into two more floors. On the second floor, there are 3 additional double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom and two with a shared bathroom), and on the third floor, 2 double bedrooms were recently added that share a bathroom with a bathtub, a living room with a 50-inch smart TV and connection to YES, a kitchenette (with a water bar, refrigerator, coffee and tea corner) and a dining area suitable for six guests.
Outside the villa are two buildings, one building contains 2 bedrooms with a passage between them (with a door), a toilet and a shower. Another building has one bedroom, a shower and a toilet.
Outdoor area: From the living room there is an exit to the balcony overlooking the beautiful outdoor area. The balcony has a designed dining table, a bar with a beer tap (additional charge) and an outdoor sink. The balcony overlooks lawns and a huge swimming pool (really a shame!) measuring 20X5 (not heated in winter). Next to the swimming pool there is a heated and covered current pool, combined with a 4X4 meter spa jacuzzi, and suitable for 20 guests.
You should know
An excellent base for trips to some of the most interesting locations in the north - Agmon Hula, Metula, the sources of the Jordan River, and more.
You can book a private chef, massages and breakfasts for the villa.
The villa has a calm and peaceful character and is intended for families only.
We left with a feeling of
The high standard and size of the complex, the selection of bedrooms, and the spacious and super-indulgent outdoor area - all of these constitute a great option for an extended family looking for a quality vacation with great value.

We had a perfect time
We celebrated an intimate and nice Bat Mitzvah event, we also stayed to sleep of course. The villa is spectacular. The thought of the small details is so noticeable. Kobi and Yuval - charming! They helped us with everything, always with a smile on their faces. The kitchen - crazy equipped! The rooms in the villa and the B&Bs near the pool - pampering and sweet. The pool and the huge heated jacuzzi - brilliant, inviting. Recommend wholeheartedly - take the extended family/friends - close with Kobi - and you won't regret it for a second.

Fun, nicely relaxing
The stairs in the villa are not suitable for adults. The jacuzzi also has the same problem. The creation is great, big, there is a shaded part, the floating hybrids are a big kitchen dish and you can have fun cooking together. Bring spices. Feeling isolated, vast, only the mountain in front of us. really fun.

Excellent place for families
We spent a weekend (4 families of cousins + parents) in the villa. The villa is very large and spacious, the children really liked the jacuzzi, an excellent kitchen for large meals (and it was also possible to do Poika in the yard). This is our second time in the villa, hoping to stay many more times.

We had a great time.
A large villa and two other units. Well equipped. A spacious yard, a huge jacuzzi like a pool, the kids didn't want to leave it for close to two hours, every day. Comfortable sun loungers, grill and outdoor sink. Kobi allowed us to light a small fire for Poika. In short, a special place. We have already been there twice and intend to return.

warmly recommended!
The whole extended family came (with 15 children of different ages) and it was really fun! The jacuzzi is huge and luxurious and in general the entire outdoor area is large and pleasant to sit in. The kitchen is fully equipped and huge so we easily prepared food for everyone and the hosts went above and beyond and answered all our requests. Thanks!

Apart from the breakfast, it was great fun!!!
We celebrated Bat Mitzvah with the extended family. We stayed in the villa for three days. First and foremost I will say that I do not recommend taking the breakfast provided by a man named Meir. The service we received from him was shocking at such a level that after the first morning we simply canceled the next morning. The guy behaved rudely and created great discomfort while bringing the meal. It is worth noting that the villa is maintained Beautiful and very inviting. Large and spacious kitchen and common spaces. Unheated pool and a large and wonderful jacuzzi. Small rooms but properly maintained. Wifi is weak. Overall we had a great time and highly recommend it but don't say we didn't - beware of ordering a malignant breakfast.
