"גרינפילד"- היא אכן וילת נופש שצופה לשדות ירוקים. וגם למטעים ולהרים החובקים את שדה אליעזר ממערב. מיקומו המצויין בשולי הישוב המקסים הזה מבטיח לכם פרטיות וגודלו של המתחם מבטיח "שדה מחייה" נאות ומרחק לא קטן מהשכנים. ויש למקום יתרונות נוספים: 7 חדרי שינה, אשר 2 מהם ממוקמים מחוץ לוילה בביתנים נפרדים, מבטיחים גמישות בפיזור השינה של המתארחים. גם מתחם החוץ היפהפה הכולל ג'קוזי ספא ענק ובריכת שחיה מושך מאוד, וראויי לציין שיש בסלון 2 קמינים ושתי פינות ישיבה גדולות..."

יתרונות וחסרונות- סקירה מהשטח
יש הרבה מה לספר על "גרינפילד" אבל אולי טרם שנתחיל, נספר קצת על האיזור: למי שעדיין לא מכיר את שדה אליעזר, מדובר בישוב חקלאי עם נחלות גדולות הממוקם מצידו המערבי של כביש 90 המוביל לכמה משכיות החמדה היותר מעניינות בצפון- אגמון החולה, מטולה, מקורות הירדן ועוד. ממש ממול שוכנת יסוד המעלה ויש לא מעט מקומות לבלות, כאשר גם ראש פינה נמצאת עשר דקות נסיעה משם.
Location and ambience
המתחם- כפריות במיטבה
הוילה עצמה ממוקמת על שטח מרווח ובו מדשאות, עצי פרי, בריכה פרטית גדולה ומגודרת, ערסלים, פינות ישיבה מוצלות, ג'קוזי ספא ענק ופינת BBQ מקצועית. בשטח פזורים גם 2 ביתני אירוח שמהווים חדרי שינה נוספים עבור המתארחים בוילה.
האווירה כאן כפרית מאוד והעיצוב משלב הרבה אלמנטים מעץ.
הוילה- גדולה ומאובזרת
הוילה מעוצבת באופן נעים וזורם וממשיכה את הקו הכפרי בו הבחנתי בחוץ. במפלס התחתון יש מטבח ענקי ומאובזר לגמרי ב- 2 כיורים, מדיח כלים, תנור אפייה, כיריים גז, בר מים, מקרר גדול, כלי בישול וכל מה שצריך.
שולחן האוכל הגדול עשוי מעץ ומתאים ל14 איש. הסלון נעים והמרווח מכיל פינת ישיבה כפולה, טלוויזיה ו-2 קמינים. מהסלון יש יציאה למרפסת חוץ ובה שולחן ישיבה, "בר" וכיור חיצוני.
עוד במפלס התחתון חדר שינה עם חדר רחצה צמוד. מדרגות עץ מובילות למפלס העליון- כאן יש 3 חדרי שינה זוגיים נוספים (אחד מהם עם ח' רחצה צמוד ושניים עם חדר רחצה משותף).
ביתן חיצוני אחד מכיל 2 חדרי שינה עם מעבר בניהם (עם דלת), שירותים ומקלחת. בביתן השני יש חדר שינה אחד, מקלחון ושירותים.
המארח- קובי שוטר במקצועו. הוא גר בקומה השלישית ויש לו כניסה נפרדת בצד האחורי של הוילה אשר פונה לכיוון הכניסה (לא לכיוון הבריכה).
לסיכום- גודלו של המתחם, מבחר חדרי השינה המאפשרים שלל אופציות של חלוקת חדרים בין האורחים והאיכות הכפרית שלו בהחלט מהווים אופציה ראויה לקבוצת חברים גדולה או משפחה מורחבת אשר מעוניינת בנופש באחד המיקומים האטרקטיבים בצפון.
What does the place include
The villa is designed in a pleasant and flowing manner and continues the rustic line we noticed outside. It is very large and can host up to 25 guests, in nine bedrooms. Six of them are in the villa and another three in buildings outside the villa and near it. On the lower level there is a huge and fully equipped kitchen with two sinks, a dishwasher, a baking oven, a gas stove, a water bar, a large refrigerator, cooking utensils and everything you need to prepare a festive meal. The large dining table is made of wood and is suitable for 14 diners. The cozy and spacious living room contains a double seating area, TV and 2 fireplaces.
The division of the rooms in the villa is as follows: on the lower level (entrance) of the villa, there is a bedroom with an attached bathroom. Wooden stairs lead to the upper level which is divided into two more floors. On the second floor, there are 3 additional double bedrooms (one of them with an en-suite bathroom and two with a shared bathroom), and on the third floor, 2 double bedrooms were recently added that share a bathroom with a bathtub, a living room with a 50-inch smart TV and a yes connection, a kitchenette (with a water bar, refrigerator, coffee and tea corner) and a dining area suitable for six guests.
Outside the villa are two buildings, one building contains 2 bedrooms with a passage between them (with a door), toilet and shower. Another building has one bedroom, shower and toilet.
The outdoor complex: from the living room there is an exit to the balcony overlooking the beautiful outdoor complex. The balcony has a designed dining table, a bar with a beer tap (extra charge) and an outdoor sink. The balcony overlooks expanses of lawns and a huge swimming pool (really but!) measuring 20x5 (not heated in winter). Next to the swimming pool there is a heated and covered current pool, which incorporates a 4x4 meter spa jacuzzi, and is suitable for 20 guests.

We had a perfect time
We celebrated an intimate and nice Bat Mitzvah event, we also stayed to sleep of course. The villa is spectacular. The thought of the small details is so noticeable. Kobi and Yuval - charming! They helped us with everything, always with a smile on their faces. The kitchen - crazy equipped! The rooms in the villa and the B&Bs near the pool - pampering and sweet. The pool and the huge heated jacuzzi - brilliant, inviting. Recommend wholeheartedly - take the extended family/friends - close with Kobi - and you won't regret it for a second.

Fun, nicely relaxing
The stairs in the villa are not suitable for adults. The jacuzzi also has the same problem. The creation is great, big, there is a shaded part, the floating hybrids are a big kitchen dish and you can have fun cooking together. Bring spices. Feeling isolated, vast, only the mountain in front of us. really fun.

Excellent place for families
We spent a weekend (4 families of cousins + parents) in the villa. The villa is very large and spacious, the children really liked the jacuzzi, an excellent kitchen for large meals (and it was also possible to do Poika in the yard). This is our second time in the villa, hoping to stay many more times.

We had a great time.
A large villa and two other units. Well equipped. A spacious yard, a huge jacuzzi like a pool, the kids didn't want to leave it for close to two hours, every day. Comfortable sun loungers, grill and outdoor sink. Kobi allowed us to light a small fire for Poika. In short, a special place. We have already been there twice and intend to return.

warmly recommended!
The whole extended family came (with 15 children of different ages) and it was really fun! The jacuzzi is huge and luxurious and in general the entire outdoor area is large and pleasant to sit in. The kitchen is fully equipped and huge so we easily prepared food for everyone and the hosts went above and beyond and answered all our requests. Thanks!

Apart from the breakfast, it was great fun!!!
We celebrated Bat Mitzvah with the extended family. We stayed in the villa for three days. First and foremost I will say that I do not recommend taking the breakfast provided by a man named Meir. The service we received from him was shocking at such a level that after the first morning we simply canceled the next morning. The guy behaved rudely and created great discomfort while bringing the meal. It is worth noting that the villa is maintained Beautiful and very inviting. Large and spacious kitchen and common spaces. Unheated pool and a large and wonderful jacuzzi. Small rooms but properly maintained. Wifi is weak. Overall we had a great time and highly recommend it but don't say we didn't - beware of ordering a malignant breakfast.
