Villa Latte

Location- in a residential neighborhood, with hosts available
The entrance to the villa is through an electric gate that leads to private parking. Inside the complex there is complete privacy but since it is located in a residential neighborhood there is a chance to hear a neighbor from time to time. The guest house is adjacent to the villa and allows easy access for the hosts to take care of the guests.

The villa - complete privacy
Adjacent to the parking lot is a small yard with a sitting area and a stone barbecue area. Near the entrance door to the villa there is a fence with a door that leads to the area of the guest house and the complex's treatment room. The entrance to the villa leads to the living room area with a leather sofa, dining table and television (with a streamer of 300 movies, 60 inch screen).

The kitchen is well equipped (you can cook) and in front of it there is an open space with 2 sofas that open and another TV. Next there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed, small chests of drawers, wardrobe and TV. Each room has an attached private bathroom with a shower.

From the living room you can go to the outside area through a sliding door. The outdoor complex is closed and covered (in the summer the ventilation may not be perfect) and inside there is a heated pool (in the winter), a spa jacuzzi and a dry Finnish sauna. You will also find a sitting area and a hammock. The area is covered with synthetic grass.

The hosts - tons of energy
Ilanit the host is a girl with endless energy. She "lives" her work and in her "spare" time functions as the CEO of the sheep and goat industry in Israel. In addition, she also manages the agricultural farm called Havat Doron (after her husband) and raises 3 children.

It seems that Ilanit really feels like the ambassador of the agriculture industry and allows guests to experience a tour of the farm and taste the agricultural life, even if it is for a short time. The tour is of course free of charge. You can add (for a fee) horseback riding and have breakfast in a nature corner in the farm area.

In summary: complete privacy, available staff and an accessible agricultural farm make this rural villa particularly suitable for those looking for a joint holiday with a couple of "eye-level" friends.
