Just when I think I've seen everything, Shula leads me to the back of the house and I realize I haven't seen anything. We go down the stairs on the steep hillside, and below one of the most beautiful pools I've ever seen is revealed. Where to start? of the size? From the high standard? Maybe the vineyard crane across the street? When Shula says that she has already hosted a Prime Minister, I am surprised that only one
Location and ambience
Go back 2000 years and see how simple things can be. The daughters of Israel would go out into the vineyards, the sons of Israel after them, and the little game of hide and seek would end with the mitzvot pro verbo.
When I look at the vineyards around the 'Vineyard View' in the Ben Zimra vineyard it seems like an excellent idea. Relax, there's no need to put on a white robe and run to the vineyard (the suites provide a satisfactory solution...) but with the quietness and clean air, you really don't need a T-Bav to feel romantic here.
Shula, the host, directs me to the last house in the mountain village, and even before I enter I swoon at the view: a la Toscana vineyards spread over the slopes, and on the horizon - the green Mount Miron. We go up external stairs to the second floor, above the guest house, where 3 suites of different design and size await. The huge swimming pool (heated on the beach) can be seen from anywhere in the complex, and it itself faces the view.
What does the place include
The "Vine Suite" is located under the guest house and has a separate entrance and a personal area. It is also spacious and overlooks a tremendous view from a balcony that you would love to have at home. In front of the corner of the living room is an elegant dining area with a wooden table and two chairs with a high and comfortable backrest. The kitchen is equipped for heating food. The dining area and kitchen actually sit "on" the view looking out through the windows. The separating stone wall also creates intimacy in the couple's jacuzzi, which is placed at the foot of the large windows with stone steps leading up to it. The wide, half-open balcony overlooks the spectacular view of the vineyards.
There are 3 suites located in one complex above the guest house, with a common lobby:
The "Zamora" suite faces, like the other units, an amazing view of vineyards, green all seasons. This suite does not have an outside balcony, but huge windows to the view convey a sense of nature into the space. The structure of the suite is built as an open space, spacious and well lit. The spacious space contains a massive wooden bed next to a corner Jacuzzi located on a stone platform surrounded by windows for a view.
The "Eshkol" suite is built on two levels, with a partial stone wall and a staircase separating the living room space and the jacuzzi and the sleeping area. Huge windows with a view pour plenty of light into the suite and give it soft and flattering natural lighting. The design combines artisan works in stone, wood, glass and stained glass, uses a variety of colorful textiles, Afghan carpets, wrought iron figurines and wall pictures. A double jacuzzi in a stone frame is located next to the window with a view. The spacious double bed is located on the upper level.
"Sherig" is the largest suite among the three (75 square meters) and contains a huge bathroom, in which there is a large jacuzzi in front of a window with a view. The atmosphere here is rich and colorful, thanks to dominant wood furniture with custom carpentry and a dramatic color palette based on contrast between shades Cream, golden brown and shades of burgundy and bright green. The precise use of old stone gives the space a special atmosphere, while the multitude of lighting fixtures and decorative details give it a sense of liveliness and dynamism.
The jacuzzi is located in the huge bathroom, and it also doubles as a shower.

Definitely a good and interesting option for those looking for a bit of mingling in a complex with a unique view and a large pool in a town located in the heart of the wine boutique scene.
