Pnina and Reuven, the mother and father of "Neve in the Village," apparently understood the "secret of relationships" long before research on the subject began and have been successfully maintaining their love since elementary school(!). A bit like a relationship, their B&Bs also enjoy the same attention, love, and maintenance over the years. Honestly, there are few B&Bs that, after many years of operation, remain cozy and embracing, in a way that exudes peace and charm.
They've been in the hospitality business for a decade and a half. They get up together every morning at five, and after coffee they divide up the day's tasks, which usually involve some minor improvement to the units or work on the nearby farm. All without effort, without noise and bells and without tons of money. Another conversation here, a "thin" innovation there. During my visit there, I felt the harmony and simplicity in their relationship with the place and with themselves, and it radiated to me, just as it radiates to the guests of their B&B complex.
