"..."I meet my father, the owner of the place, and hear from him that what guided him was minimal damage to the grove. The fact that he has a huge area of 9 dunams must help... But with all due respect for the consideration of the feelings of the trees, there are also guests here who need to be taken into account, and it turns out that my father is a very considerate person... Location and ambience
In three words:
justifies his reputation. Lives Up to his name
In 415 words:
One of the things I noticed after visiting 2.4 million wools is the issue of names. All the creativity of the B&B owners is directed to the subject, but sometimes the connection between name and reality is, to put it mildly, tenuous... I have already come across names containing the word "scenery", even though the closest thing to a landscape is the picture hanging in the living room, and I have seen "estates" measuring 65 square meters with two trees and a small lawn. Made of plastic...
On the way to the plantation, I wondered cynically if the name "Shivolim Be Teva" also promised more than it fulfilled. Two hours later I remind myself to be a little less cynical - sometimes you just have to believe what you are told...
I already meet nature on the rare path that climbs in a European landscape. I enter the seat and immediately leave it through an electric gate that leads to the isolated compound in the grove. The vehicle passes a picturesque vineyard and slowly tile roofs and balconies begin to emerge from the trees. Ok, so this is what they mean when they say "combinations in nature"...
I meet my father, the owner of the place, and hear from him that what guided him was minimal damage to the grove. The fact that he has a huge area of 9 dunams must help... but with all due respect for considering the feelings of the trees, there are also guests here who need to be taken into account, and it turns out that my father is a very considerate person. You can see it in the huge (shared) heated pool that sits right on the view, surrounded by chaise lounges and umbrellas, and the cabins are not suckers either.
11 of these are hidden in the wooded slope, and they are all the same, except for minor differences: the upper ones are further away from each other and offer private outdoor areas with sitting areas and barbecues (the level of privacy outside varies from cabin to cabin). Some have an open landscape, others are surrounded by woods.
The lower cabins (1-5), on the other hand, offer an additional room, but are located closer to each other and do not have a private outdoor area.
Inside - a wooden floor, a high ceiling and a space divided into two areas (kitchen-living room and bedroom) each of which has a large LCD screen. Behind the sliding door in the living room, a covered and private terrace is revealed, with a large spa jacuzzi sunk into its floor, and when you feel like you're melting from the heat (and experience with a spa jacuzzi - it will happen....) jump for a break on the other balcony. Did you catch a cold? Come inside and warm up in front of the fireplace.
Another surprise awaits in the bathroom, where next to the shower I find a small private sauna. "Aha!, is there one in every cabin?" I ask and my father confirms.
In the center of the complex is a large and sweet dining room where you can have breakfast (or any other meal you want). In the large and well-equipped kitchen on site you can cook whatever you want whenever you want. In addition, you will find here 2 shared barbecue areas (and indoor ones) and also a small club with a kitchen, LCD, seating and dining areas (for the service of the guests of the upper cabins).
As the car barely climbs the steep incline leading to the exit, the cabins disappear among the trees in the mirror and I think the word 'combinations' is just sewn on the spot. Also in the sense of a connection with nature, but also in the ability to combine the advantages of a large complex with an intimate and romantic pastime.
