ע"פ החוק, ניתן לבטל את ההזמנה בתוך 14 יום מיום עשיית העסקה, בתנאי שהעסקה נעשתה לפחות 7 ימי עבודה לפני מועד מתן השירות. אם העסקה נעשתה "ברגע האחרון", כלומר פחות מ-7 ימים לפני מועד מתן השירות, זכות הביטול היא כקבוע בטופס אישור ההזמנה אשר ישלח ע"י בעל הצימר. אם ביטל הצרכן את העסקה בתוך המועד של 14 יום ועמד בתנאי הביטול, ישלם  דמי ביטול של  5% מערך העסקה, או  100 ₪, הנמוך מביניהם.

• In accordance with the provisions of the law, cancellation within 14 days of the order but no less than two weeks from the date of arrival, involves a cancellation fee at the rate of 5% of the order value or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
• Cancellation of a reservation of a special offer or a case where the accommodation falls after 14 days from the date of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee at the rate of 50% of the reservation total.
• Cancellation less than seven days from the date of the meal will be charged for the full amount of the reservation. Changing the accommodation date and/or postponing it can be done (once only) free of charge up to seven working days before the accommodation date.
• Cancellation due to force majeure/war - will not be charged at all.
• Cancellation of an order without charge up to 24 hours from the moment of placing the order
• At sale prices, you cannot cancel the order, but you can change the date based on availability. If the price on the new date is higher, the difference will be paid by the guest.
