One of the cleanest accommodations we've been to! When you enter, you get a whiff of cleanliness, everything is shiny, equipped at a level that makes you feel that you were thought of. A clean, well-maintained pool with a perfect water temperature. Gad is charming and it was really, really fun to stay with him. highly recommend!!

A bit about the

The suite includes an outside yard with large private swimming pool, surrounded by tanning beds under the sun, green lawns, gardens and a panoramic view with wonderful sunsets.  The walls are of stone, there's a wood pergola and deck with picnic table and comfortable chairs.

The interior is elegant and refined, in a calming color scheme of cream walls, black-and-white photographs and light-colored furniture.  Plenty of light fixtures provide a relaxing, romantic atmosphere.

The white sofa set sits across from an adjustable LCD screen, a dining nook, a kitchenette, a large, round Jacuzzi, a white wood bed and another LCD screen.  The bathroom shower has a rain shower head, and there are loads of quality beauty creams for your pleasure.

There are still chicken coops in Ein Yaakov, not far from the complex, but the advantage here is the way the cabins are demarcated.

When I go up to the compound, I am aware of the greatest advantage of this place: privacy. It starts with the fact that each of the two stone buildings has a private parking lot and a separate entrance. It continues when the gate opens and your eyes are filled with blue – of the distant sea and the private pool set in the yard – and all around there are bamboo walls for complete privacy and only the west direction is open to the sea. That's how you build a wall.

Location and ambience

I arrive at Ein Yaakov, located between Tarshiha and Yehiam on a green hill overlooking the sea, look back to make sure no tourist buses have followed me, and go in. Gadi, the owner, is waiting with a cup of tea and a childlike smile. He says that he used to be a full-time farmer, and I think it would be a shame to waste such a smile on chickens. So it's true that there are still chicken coops in Ein Yaakov, not far from the complex, but the big advantage here is the privacy.

We enter one of the two suite complexes, which are far enough away from the hosts' house.


What does the place include


4 steps and we are on the balcony of one of the suites with a covered entrance facing the pool. Another step and we are inside. A single space in shades of cream, a high ceiling and a parquet-like floor greet us, and everything feels (and smells) very clean and well-maintained. The two suites are identical in their pleasant, solid design, and differ only in the touches. The pool in the Avia suite is covered with an elaborate modular roof.

There's a jacuzzi, a fireplace for winter days, a kitchenette, a dining area and a living room, a bright bathroom the size of my daughter's room, but mostly there's the touch of Gadi's hand. And the hand never stops caressing furniture that's already shiny from cleaning and removing imaginary dust. "I'm a perfectionist," he says, "I don't trust anyone to clean like I do," and I think that's a net benefit to the guests.


You should know
  • A completely secluded outdoor area for each suite
  • Avia's suite has a modular pool cover
  • Deck with picnic table and comfortable chairs
  • Double shower with two rain heads (especially luxurious)
  • The place maintains a quiet character for couples' vacations. You can stay with two children in each suite if you book both suites.
We left with a feeling of

A quick check on Wikipedia revealed that Israel ranks 33rd in the world in terms of density. There are 354.38 people per square kilometer (who the hell is the 0.38?!), and that's without the tourists from France in the summer. A private vacation? Either in Australia or in places that really understand what privacy is, like the romantic B&Bs at "Ahuzat Gad." By the way, on the way out I'm surprised to discover that a car is parked next to the suite next door. I didn't hear or feel any neighbors throughout the entire visit, and that perhaps says it all.

At Gadi's B&B there is above all peace and privacy. The B&B is carefully designed to provide absolute privacy and peace. The silence and the view instill peace and tranquility. The B&B is tastefully designed, furnished to a very high standard and the owner of the B&B Gadi makes sure to pamper as much as possible, while maintaining the privacy of the guests.

In one word - perfect!
I arrived at the Gad estate after plowing the internet trying to find a pampering, quality B&B with a heated pool (yet at a reasonable price) as a birthday present for my beloved and super critical husband :)! We've already been to quite a few luxury B&Bs and hotels, and I was very worried that I wouldn't be able to find something that would meet the standards, but Gad Mansion lived up to expectations in a big way! So let's start with the fact that the photos accurately reflect the lovely place (when my husband entered the place he asked if it was a new zimmer and was amazed to find out that it has been there for 6 years), we will continue with the amazing view from the balcony and the large private pool (which unlike many places - the water in it is really nice and warm and we even swam in it when it went down it's raining outside), and we'll finish the lovely clothes - who did everything to make us happy! In addition, the fridge was loaded with beers, soft drinks and a variety of treats, and the breakfast is simply dreamy! I really don't usually write comments and recommendations, but when it comes - it comes! Thanks Gadi, look forward to a return visit soon.

We arrived at the Gad mansion for a short minimum of 3 days, between the wedding and Seder night, and we could not have found a better place. We had a perfect experience at the Gad estate. A charming and pleasant Capricorn man. The B&B was incredibly clean and beautiful. The breakfast is well thought out and delicious, the heated pool was a hit - the water was really, really hot. The romantic B&B is completely isolated, so privacy is guaranteed. Full value for the price - we will definitely be back!
