Paradise
This place is dreamy, it looks like we stepped out of a fairy tale. Feels as if you are in nature even in the cabin, everything is handmade and made in beautiful use of nature without destroying it. Undoubtedly the most special and magical place I've been to. Regardless of the place, thanks also to the lovely hostess Moriah who helped with everything needed and beyond♥

was magical The cabin is surrounded by treetops and chirping birds. The heated pool and hammock allow for a pleasant stay outside amidst all this goodness. The interior of the cabin is clean and pleasant and has an amazing view from the window. highly recommend

A most charming B&B
Charming and peaceful romantic B&B, in front of forest views. The entire cabin is made of wood and every detail in the cabin was prepared by hand with attention and creativity. On the balcony there is a hot tub that you can wade in and inside another tub in front of a window facing the forest. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, an excellent sound system and a fireplace for the winter. We definitely managed to disconnect from the world a bit :) *I recommend ordering breakfast and dinner at the Tamar B&B for those who want to stay in the B&B and not run around too much.

We liked it
The isolation in nature, the endless creativity of construction and design, the hospitality experience that gives a lot of "space" on the part of the host.
We noticed that
There are 110 steps leading to the log cabin, but each one is worth the view (the stone suite has easier access). The log cabin does not have a shower and bathing is in the double jacuzzi.

​We have known Gil, the host who is also an artist who builds his own cabins, for years from another complex in the green and isolated Mitzpe Matat. "Genesis Spring" is the continuation of his impressive and deeply rooted work, which invites lovers of art, simplicity, and tranquility to experience a vacation on a different level in the depths of nature.



Location and ambience

There is no need to introduce the gift. So in two words - expect to simply sit in the primeval nature of the Western Galilee, with lots of space between the houses. The "Bereshit Spring" complex takes it to the extreme with two units: one - the "Bereshit" cabin which is located far down, inside the wadi (consider a breathtaking path but also 120 steps), and the "Spring" which is located right on the view below the host house in complete privacy.


What does the place include


The Spring Hut – is surrounded by a garden overlooking the wadi. The garden is full of streams that flow into a natural fish pond, and is surrounded by beautiful vegetation.

Inside the spacious cabin you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a luxurious bathroom set in the space, a patio surrounded by glass windows that overlooks the outside and has a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook, and a wood-burning fireplace for those cold winter days. The design here conveys a deep connection to nature and incorporates many elements that bring the atmosphere home - with the dominant motif in the design style being wood in all its derivatives.

The cabin's outdoor area is spectacular in its beauty and includes a plunge pool built of black basalt stone that overlooks the landscape, a natural wooden swing, and various beautiful seating areas. There is no doubt that the work of Gil, the artist host, is felt here in every corner.


"Bereshit" Cabin - 110 steps lead to the cabin, which is located right in the middle of the wadi and overlooks the wild nature of the Galilee. The cozy cabin is built of two spaces, with the central space featuring a special wooden living room, a wood-burning fireplace, a beautiful dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The bedroom is located in the interior space, and in a separate area is a jacuzzi facing the window with a stunning view of the forest.
Outside, a terrace awaits you, naturally integrated into the landscape and overlooking the nearby mountains, with seating areas, a dining area, a hammock, and a natural spa jacuzzi built by Gil, which is one of the most unique we've seen. The jacuzzi is located among the trees and seems to be suspended in the air, which is a real experience.


You should know

This complex is designed for romantic and peaceful couples' vacations, so if you're looking for karaoke and a bonfire, this is not the place.


We left with a feeling of

There are places where when you look at their small details, the creative solutions and the rest of the spirit of handcrafting, you immediately fall in love. It happened to us here too, and it was intensified because the environment here simply supports everything related to falling in love: the silence, the space, the tranquility and the view.

that nature and man meet
If we had to imagine the house of our dreams, this is probably what it would look like. This is a magical cabin in nature and it has everything a couple needs to disconnect from the outside world and connect with each other, as simple as that. The design brings nature into the cabin and Moriah somehow managed to maintain the exact tension between always being available and warm and still allowing us complete privacy. There is no doubt that the highlight is the outdoor area that feels like it was taken from a fairy tale, a fish pond and above it a flowing water source that produces background music for the infinite peace that exists in the place and of course how can we not mention the stone pool that looks into the trees which, as we have already mentioned here in several reviews, manages to maintain Perfect temperature in any weather. In conclusion, it is very clear why Ma'ayan Bereshit is booked a few months in advance and how lucky we were to reserve it in advance. Just perfect place.
The design of the B&B is among the most beautiful I have ever seen in my life, the atmosphere outside is crazy like a paradise in the middle of a jungle. The hot pool outside, the bathtub in the room, the treats they left for us in the room, simply a level of abroad. Would come back easily.
