We have become a big family in all its branches, big and small. There was something good for everyone. Very clean and high level of finish. A pampering and spacious place that easily accommodated many children. There are 2 beautiful and clean pools. The villa is located in the shadow of the mountain, and the privacy is perfect. Very suitable for Shabbat keepers.

We noticed that
Anyone who takes a searching look beyond the compound's fences will not find impressive public landscaping, but the magnificent view makes up for it.

To simplify things, this luxurious complex has 3 very significant advantages: a wonderful, green, cylindrical and open view from each of the suites, very impressive amenities including a spa jacuzzi and a heated, indoor swimming pool for each of the suites, and excellent privacy resulting from the smart design of the complex. In an era when every complex is becoming a "luxury mansion", it's nice to know that you can tick these important things.

Location and ambience

Raphael Estate includes Villa Raphael, a large villa containing five suites and can host up to 15 guests. Above it is another super luxurious villa called "King Villa", which, thanks to its location, enjoys a magnificent open view. In addition, there are the three "Royal" suites located in the building in the lower part of the complex, and the fourth large and luxurious suite, the "Raphael" suite , located in the upper building.

So it's true, the Rafael Estate is located in a settlement that isn't exactly the pinnacle of luxury, Even Menachem, and anyone who takes a peek beyond the compound's fences won't get impressive public landscaping, but the magnificent view makes up for it. The guesthouse is located in another area of their estate, so the feeling is of "uninterrupted vacation." However, they are available for any request.

What does the place include

The three "Royal" suites exude luxury from every corner. There is full equipment here, and a kitchen that exudes luxury and comfort. A large area in the suite is dedicated to a spacious closet. The black porcelain floor is a bright contrast to the white furniture and together they create a striking design line.

Each of the "Royal" suites has a spacious wooden deck with portable chaise lounges, a dining table, a spa jacuzzi, a private heated pool, a beautiful garden and the view: the Galilee Mountains spread out along the horizon to the sea of the bay, creating a spectacular picture. Please note that in 2 of the Royal suites there is an additional bedroom for guests' use.

"Raphael" Suite - This is our second visit to this suite. Last time, the site visitor wrote about it, "I would like to live in the "Raphael" suite." When I looked around, I understood why: the kitchen seemed to have been taken straight from TV commercials for luxury kitchens, a beautiful Natucci living room boasting a long, rounded corner sofa and a matching low table complete the view, which continues towards a bar area that stands out especially in its red color against the background of the white furniture and black floor.

You will also find a fireplace here that is operated with a remote control, a luxurious bed with a KING KOIL mattress, a private sauna room with a sweet, fresh and pleasant wood smell, a walk-in closet, a highly sophisticated chaise lounge chair (which I'm not sure you can get up from), and more. In the suite's outdoor area, in addition to chaise lounge beds, a dining table and a garden, a spa jacuzzi and a huge heated pool await - absolutely private.

Villa Rafael - This is one of the largest guest villas we have encountered: there are 6 master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and toilet. One bedroom also includes a children's room with a bunk bed.
The ground floor opens onto the pool, and it is a "real" pool: deep, built-in, large. These advantages have made the villa a favorite place to stay for quite a few "celebrities," as the homeowner, who is frequently invited to talk shows and lifestyle shows, will attest.

So it's true, the interior design here is not uniform, but there's a good reason for that: it's the host's former residence, the upper part of which has been upgraded to accommodate couples. The result: a combination of homely warmth, comfortable furniture, with a sense of size and "correct" planning that opens the building to the pool and the view.

The villa is located in a residential neighborhood, in the upper part of the hospitality complex that also includes the Rafael Suites, in the central part, and the Royal Suites, in the lower part. Next to it is a swimming pool with a paved courtyard, a seating area, a panoramic view and complete privacy. The pool is fenced and safe. There is a fence separating the villa from the street that provides complete privacy.

You can enter through the main door, or through a sliding door from the pool side - most guests use this door. On the ground floor there is a large living room (can accommodate up to 25 people) with a comfortable Natucci seating area and a large TV screen (50 inches). The living room has windows with panoramic views. The kitchen is fully equipped, a large dining area (suitable for 30 guests) and next to it a large space with a snooker table, armchairs and access to the pool.

Each of the 5 bedrooms offers a large double bed, a dressing area, air conditioning, a dressing table and a large window. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom and access to a balcony or outdoor area.

The King Villa is a large (700 square meters) and very luxurious villa that can accommodate up to 20 guests. This villa has a total of seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two of the seven rooms are family suites that have a double bedroom and another children's room with bunk beds.
 The villa's space consists of two levels and is elegantly decorated with marble and gold elements, unique lighting fixtures, pictures and vegetation. After climbing the staircase, which enjoys a window to the view, you reach the floor that includes the five large bedrooms (two of which include a children's room). Each room has a large double bed, a TV with a floating buffet, a wardrobe, a mini fridge and a water bar, as well as seating areas with comfortable armchairs and sofas. Two additional bedrooms are located near the pool on the upper floor, each with its own private bathroom and direct access to the pool.

 On the floor above is the common entertainment area. A window that is almost the size of the entire wall makes the view feel like part of the space. There you will find a large sofa for a fun lie in front of the huge TV, a kitchen with a large dining table (and a smaller bar table) and a kitchen suitable for cooking. The complex also has a fun terrace that includes a round jacuzzi, an impressive tiled infinity pool and a seating area with a large sunbed and armchairs. A nice bonus is the games room next to the terrace, which will delight adults and children alike with snooker tables and table football, basketball and more.

The King Villa is located above the other villa in the complex, which means it is on the topmost level and offers a spectacular open view.
Villa King looks like it was taken from a luxury vacation magazine, and for good reason. One look at its interior or the outdoor area is enough to understand that people here are serious. The design here is of a super high standard and modern, with clean lines and almost minimalist. Every item or piece of furniture here has been carefully thought out. Also, the entire villa's furnishings are of a high standard that exudes luxury.

You should know

Also suitable for the religious public, there is a purification bath for women and men within walking distance.

We left with a feeling of

"Raphael Mansion" offers a luxurious, fully equipped complex, set against a beautiful green landscape. The private outdoor area for each suite certainly presents difficult choices - what is better - a jacuzzi? a pool? a luxurious armchair? You will have to make these decisions yourself.

Generally ok
The room and facilities are good enough and as expected. We didn't find it clean enough and even with leftovers from a previous party. We would recommend it for a few friends' birthday or a bachelor party more than for a romantic couple. The communication with the owner was very good. The price does not match the value.

Disappointment and sadness.
We stayed there for 4 nights. This is not a villa. It is a one-story complex with 3 bedrooms and outside the complex another 3 bedrooms were built for each room with an attached toilet and shower. There is a large dining room, a kitchen and a living room. The entrance to the complex is a back entrance like a housing unit near garbage cans and cats that are partying. The kitchen is outdated and neglected. In general, the maintenance of the place is poor. The rooms: one room, the walls are peeling from wetness and humidity. Another had a constant smell of sewage. The water in the showers alternated between hot and cold and the flow was weak. Outdoor area: the pool - coated with a plastic material that begins to peel off at the bottom of the pool. The water looks cloudy. The toilets in the outdoor complex were broken and smelly. The game room and jacuzzi are neglected and uninviting. In general, the complex has potential, but the maintenance is so poor that the place looks bad. In conclusion: Facilitization - there is, but everything needs proper renovation and maintenance. We do not recommend. Will we return? definitely not. Not suitable for the photos or the recommendations on the various websites. Too bad.

Not recommended at all
We stayed there between August 16 and 18. First of all, the place is not clean. The walls with mold are simply unpleasant to breathe. The pool is really dirty. It seems that they were not cleaned from the guests before us and the service is really not good in all the places where we stayed. The owner of the guesthouse made sure to inform us how we should enter the seat if the gate is closed, for example at night. Arriving at night we had to wait late and tired. Because the owner of the B&B simply doesn't answer and didn't care to update how we should get into the B&B, it is not recommended, we will not return and we certainly do not recommend anyone to stay there, they will be disappointed!!!

nice not too...
The surroundings of the place are very dark and not clean. The pool is heated but not enough to enjoy it in the winter. Stains, peeling cabinets, cloudy water marks and the breakfast is simply funny, it's better to just give it up in advance and find out if it can lower the price, the suite itself is clean, the toilet and shower are pampering, the bed is comfortable and there is quiet and privacy. The host Rafael is a nice guy but I won't go back there because there are many more minuses than pluses and it sucks..

Perfect place! A huge and private complex that is only for a couple

We really enjoyed every moment, the place is at a high level, excellent level of cleanliness, amazing view, quiet and intimate place. An extraordinary experience, the owner of the place is charming and available to everyone and at any time. highly recommend!

Yes but...

First of all it is important for me to point out that Raphael is a handsome and charming man. It is also reasonable to assume that the suite has seen good days when it looked fancy and everything in it worked and existed as promised. But unfortunately, the situation is different this time. The place needs renovation and renewal and more details should be updated. There is indeed a good and normal sauna, a jacuzzi and a pool that work properly. The coffee machine is not from Nespresso, the TV is good, but it would have been appropriate to install two, one for the living room and one in front of the bed. The cinema system is not working. The lighting outside near the parking lot needs to be improved (total darkness). It is also appropriate to remove the piles of garbage from there, the B&B itself is clean. The breakfast is very poor in relation to the price and it is better to make a deal and give it up in exchange for a discount. The fact that there is no roof for the pool and jacuzzi is a big disadvantage, especially when it's cold and the wind blows strongly (the walls don't help and it's very unpleasant to be outside). I would recommend to come to the place only in the summer and make sure that the deficiencies have been corrected.

A wonderful and pampering vacation

My wife and I stayed for the weekend for her birthday. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and the romantic, calm and intimate atmosphere that the suite creates, through the excellent service and the kindness of Rafi to the pampering accessories that included a pool and a large jacuzzi attached to the suite.
A vacation with a lot of taste for more.
