- If there is a closure, it will be possible to cancel the order without cancellation fees
- In the case of entering isolation/illness, no cancellation fees will be charged provided that a medical certificate is presented.
- You can cancel up to ten days before the arrival date without cancellation fees
- During 10 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of approximately 50% will be charged
