1. One month (30 days) before the accommodation date, 30% of the transaction will be paid.
2. Between one month (30 days) and two weeks (14 days) before the accommodation date, 50% of the transaction will be paid.
3. Between two weeks (14 days) and one week (7 days) before the date of the meal 70% of the transaction.
4. A week (7 days) or less before the date of the meal, cancellation fees will be paid in full. 100% of the deal.
5. If the reservation was made about a week before the accommodation, it will be possible to cancel for payment of a registration and handling fee of NIS 200 up to 12 hours from the date of receipt of the reservation form. Beyond that, full cancellation fees.
6. If there is no cancellation fee for the reasons in sections 1-5, NIS 250 registration fee will be charged.
7. In the event of cancellation for individual reasons, we will make the effort to fill the dining place and close with guests in your place, if the price is the same, no cancellation fees will be charged to you, if there is a difference between the new reservation and yours, you will only pay the difference.
"Last minute deal" - despite the cancellation conditions listed above, canceling a deal booked 7 days or less before the arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
In the event of non-arrival or non-compliance with the terms of the agreement at the time specified in the order, the company (or someone on its behalf) will charge the user, using the credit card whose number was provided to the company by the user, a cancellation fee of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total value of the order. (excluding damage charges)
*The guest will be responsible for any damage and malfunctions caused to the lodge and/or the premises' facilities.
The credit number given to the company will be used to charge damages and malfunctions caused by the vacationers during the stay.
Payment will be made in cash /bit/paybox.
The credit card owner will verify that all the details entered are correct and sign for approval.
The owner of the credit card, with his signature, agrees to compensate the owners of the B&B/Villa for any damage to the B&B, to purchase in it, to the swimming pool, for deficiencies that are discovered, breaks, tears in the fabrics, in the net and if he violated the terms of the contract.
In the event of a malfunction in the accommodation complex or its facilities, the owners of the B&B / villa will make sure to fix the malfunction as quickly as possible and as much as possible. In a situation where it will not be possible to correct the fault, the guest hereby agrees not to raise claims and requests for refund or compensation.
