Canceling/changing an order by the customer:
In the months of January to March (inclusive), and in the months of November and December, with the exception of holidays and dates, you can cancel/change an order, up to 14 days before the arrival date.
In the months of April to October (inclusive) and on all holidays and dates - you can cancel/change an order, up to 30 days before the arrival date.
Any change/cancellation within the possible time frame will result in a charge of 5% of the order amount or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
In case of later cancellation/change, the guest will be charged the full amount.
In the event of a change in the order date, the cancellation date will be calculated according to the original order.
