Carol Boutique Villa

At the edge of the Druze settlement of Yerka, and in line with a panoramic view of the sea and mountains from the so-called Masha to the Haifa Bay, the "Carol Boutique" resort complex is located. This grandiose complex includes two huge vacation villas, and one suite for a couple.
A stunning view can be seen from the three complexes, and on top of that is the equipment and abundance that the complex offers: large and well-built pools, comfortable rooms, and a living space that is suitable for entertaining many participants. The atmosphere here is one of "we came to have fun", and indeed this promise is fully fulfilled here.

The holiday complex "Carol Boutique" includes two holiday villas for families, and one separate suite for couples. The villas differ from each other in their structures, and offer varied vacation options accordingly:

Villa Carroll

This is a huge villa (500 square meters) and includes 4 bedrooms: three are on the main level of the villa, and another separate bedroom is on the pool floor on the lower level. This is a very abundantly equipped villa, with lots of living space, and it will accommodate 25 guests (including up to 15 children) .

The main level of the villa is accessed by a flight of stairs and includes two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, 3 bedrooms, and a large balcony overlooking the view from above.
The design here is done with a personal touch with luxurious touches, and with accessories that take into account every detail, and above all think about the comfort of the guests. The two living rooms here are wide and comfortable, from one of them there is a direct exit to a high and large balcony overlooking the view from the Haifa Bay and the Carmel, to the towns of Mashgav. On the balcony there is a sitting area and natural vegetation that creates a pleasant atmosphere.
The villa's kitchen is light-colored, sits on a rounded "stage" in a dark shade, is fully equipped and includes a crescent-shaped seating bar where it's fun to sit and drink coffee, and host the company of brewers.
You will also find here lampshades and unique lighting fixtures, shelves with various sculptures and decorations, a large aquarium in the center of the space, inviting and comfortable furniture, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace for the winter.

A narrow corridor leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. Two bedrooms share a bathroom, and both have direct access to two beautiful outdoor balconies, one is covered and includes a seating bar and coffee corners, and looks down on the pool complex, and the other is a sun terrace with sunbeds that overlooks the beautiful mountain view to the west.
The third bedroom is a large master suite with a corner Jacuzzi, and a private bathroom with a pampering jet shower.

The spacious bedroom that sits on the lower level in front of the pool has a big advantage, which is the glass facades that overlook the pool and allow easy access to it. There are large curtains here that are used for darkness, and you can turn them away and enjoy the natural light. Although this room functions as a bedroom, it will also serve you as a common living space during the day that everyone can enjoy. His bathroom is located a few steps in front of him.

The outdoor complex of the villa is spacious and very pampering. It includes an extremely large pool, landscaped and heated all year round (not covered), a large fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a covered living room seating area, a large dining table, swing hammocks and additional seating areas alongside real vegetation, with the entire complex actually sitting on synthetic grass that creates a clean and orderly appearance. Although the pool complex does not face the view, the two large view balconies in the villa make up for it, so you will not lack a view here.

Villa Laksheri

Villa Laksheri is built in an original and interesting way, which adds a lot of uniqueness to the familiar landscape of villas. It includes five master rooms that are all located around the beautiful pool in the center of the complex, in front of the view. All the rooms are built with fronts of a transparent showcase that looks directly at the pool, and in two of the rooms they also face the impressive view opposite.

The rooms are built as "open space" and the equipment in them is the same. The design itself varies slightly between the rooms. For example, you will be happy to discover that in one of the rooms there is a beautiful bathtub hidden behind a partition. The design line is modern and minimalist, you will not find "clutter" here, but every piece of furniture and object is placed in its place, without unnecessary additions (in fact, we would be happy for a picture or two) and the general feeling here is functional and comfortable. The ceiling in the rooms and in the entire complex is a design "shos" that stands out in its own right. This is an exposed concrete ceiling that breaks the "tidy" look and gives a special twist to the design.

The outdoor complex of the villa is completely its "ace": looking at the view without interruption, in the center of it is a large and impressive pool (for bathing in the season) with partial shading. Around the pool there is a paved surface with an elegant appearance that incorporates anti-slip strips. The outdoor complex includes a large television that can be watched directly from the pool, comfortable seating areas, a dining table, sunbeds, and an outdoor kitchen equipped for cooking with an adjacent bar that allows a direct view of the pool and the view (or the television) - all of these create a space here that is super pampering and luxurious. In the outdoor kitchen you will find a grinding coffee machine and a bottle of whiskey next to it, so you can indulge in a drink whenever you want.

Carol Suite

On the other side of the street, in front of the view, Yosh Bat La has a double suite with a crazy and definitely unusual design. The entire facade and part of its side wall are constructed of walls of completely transparent glass, which creates a breathtaking view towards the panoramic view line of the sea and the mountains, from Haifa Bay and south. This view will accompany you both when you are inside, and in the private compound outside.

The suite is comfortably equipped, and designed as an "open space". It has a large bed, a smart TV with Netflix, a kitchenette (no cooking) with a coffee machine, a transparent style bedroom (there is a roller blind that can be pulled down for privacy), a cozy wood burning fireplace for the winter, a sofa that is fun to lie on facing the view, and a private outdoor area (partial privacy) that also sits facing the view. It is cozy and partially shaded in the natural shade of a tree and a large white umbrella adds more shade and beauty to the space. It has a sitting area, a swing, and a spa jacuzzi (Intex), all of which sit right on the open view.

The complex is located in the Druze village of Yerka and is a 5 minute drive from sites of ancient and glorious history: the Ilan Ramon Space Center which includes a sophisticated planetarium, the huge shopping center known as Big Fashion Outlet, "May-Baby" which is the largest indoor amusement park in Israel and about 15 minutes drive from the beach.
