When canceling an order from the moment of signing up to 21 business days (5 a week) before the arrival date, the orderer will be charged a handling/cancellation fee of 10% of the order price.
*If canceling an order starting 21 business days (5 a week) and up to 8 business days before the arrival date, the orderer will be charged 50% of the order price.
*In case of cancellation starting 7 business days (5 a week) before the arrival date, the guest will be charged 100% of the booking price.
*The host is entitled to cancel the validity of the reservation within 72 hours from the confirmation of the reservation when it is signed by the person ordering, and this at her sole discretion.

Credit card policy-

This credit card is used as security for this order, if there are any changes to the order, we will be able to charge the card according to the cancellation conditions policy shown in the previous section. If the charge will not be possible due to non-coverage/refusal/cancellation from the credit company, the host may take direct action to collect the debt in Hotzal.
In any dispute between the parties, the Safed Court will have exclusive jurisdiction. By signing this form, the guest waives any denial against the credit company in any situation where the host obliges CA according to the cancellation policy and/or damages caused during the stay subject to the cost of repair.

Terms of Payment-

An advance of 10% of the order value at the time of booking is necessary to guarantee the date.
*Payment will be made in advance upon arrival at the location, but in accordance with the "Cash Law" below is the law: For orders up to 11000 NIS you can pay in cash for orders over 11000 NIS Payment will be made by bank transfer or cash check
*In orders where the order amount is higher than NIS 5000, 40% of the order value will be paid by bank transfer. This payment will be made up to 7 days before arrival at the complex. This condition is fundamental and if it is not met, the host is entitled to cancel this order.

Corona-

*Only in the event of a closure, no cancellation fees will be charged, and the order will be rejected/cancelled in any other situation, isolation and/or illness of one and/or several members of the group. The cancellation conditions are as stated in this order form. (see cancellation policy)
