An endless view that soothes all the senses
We liked it

We noticed that

The ascent to the unit on the top floor is through 16 wooden stairs that lead to the central complex
The additional unit below provides an adequate solution for additional guests who join you, and it has a simpler design than the central unit which is more modern and invested.
A beautiful villa located in an amazing location, offers a private spa complex and 500 square meters of pampering in a rustic design and an endless view
Location and ambience
Villa Mayori ("Mayori" is a combination of the names of the children of the hosts) is located in the Moshav Mishmar Jordan on Highway 91 and is full of air and atmosphere, sitting in the heart of green areas and surrounded by a spectacular view overlooking the Hula Valley, the Golan Mountains and the Naftali Mountains.
The location is winning, so if you are "lazy" to leave the villa for a walk (which is definitely an option with all the abundance here) then you can see the views directly from the balcony that opens to the stunning view of the Golan: from Mount Hermon in the north, south to the Sea of Galilee, and west to the Safed mountains. And if you do go for a walk then you will benefit greatly, because Maiori is located near some of the most recommended travel and activity areas in the region.
What does the place include
Villa Maiori has two levels and is suitable for hosting up to 12 people.
On the ground floor there is a separate suite (45 square meters) with a bedroom, shower and toilet, living room and kitchenette. The suite is suitable for a couple + 2 children and is characterized by a simpler design than the unit on the upper floor. Within walking distance from the suite, there is a private pool (size 3x6) covered and heated For a temperature of 28 degrees, a ping pong table and wooden stairs leading to the second level.
When you go up the staircase to the second floor, the first thing your eyes meet is an endless view, one that is wide open and immediately makes you let out a sigh of relief.
A comfortable sliding door leads to a huge balcony that is half covered and half open (the roof can be removed), and has a huge spa jacuzzi suitable for eight guests and overlooking a spectacular view, sunbeds, hammocks, and a spacious and tidy barbecue area with an outdoor sink.
When you enter the unit you discover a living room with a spacious sitting area, in front of a huge smart TV, and next to it a large panoramic window facing the balcony and the view. Also in the unit is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
The unit is designed with an intriguing combination of furniture made of quality wood and a shiny black marble floor, and has two identical bedrooms (one has a Jewish bed), with each of the rooms suitable for a couple plus a child (and a playpen can be added for a baby). A shared bathroom and toilet with a parquet floor and a large, luxurious shower will be at your disposal. On the gallery floor of the unit you will find 6 pull-out single sofas suitable for children.
You should know
- The location of the Jordan Guard is a crazy location, close to the Jordan, the springs, the Golan Heights, Rosh Pina, and even the Sea of Galilee.
- The villa is located in a residential neighborhood and its accommodation is suitable for families only, who are interested in quiet accommodation without playing music and without noise.

Indulging in levels
The villa is divided into two main complexes, downstairs there is a unit with a bedroom, bathroom, shower and kitchen living room as well as the pool and upstairs an amazing apartment with two bedrooms, a huge living room and an excellent kitchen! Liav the owner spoiled us with fruits, chocolates and popsicles both when we arrived and the next day! The villa is very well equipped and clean. We will be back!!

Excellent attitude, beautiful place
A large, clean and well-equipped pool, a welcoming owner with choppers, everything is clean, beautiful and new, a free charging station even for an electric car, covered parking, a nearby grocery store, quiet, a beautiful view, just a perfect vacation!

Cancellation terms
1) Up to a month before the order date - free of charge except for advance payments that have been paid in advance and will not be returned in any case. (10%)
2) A month to a week before the date - cancellation fees amounting to 50% of the amount of the order.
3) One week before the date - cancellation fees amounting to 80% of the amount of the order.
If an exchange guest is found under the same booking conditions, no cancellation fees will be charged
There is also the possibility of moving the order to another date in the middle of the week up to a month days ahead of the order date, and thus there are no cancellation fees. Valid only during the winter season without holidays.
3) In case of cancellation due to a general closure or a security situation officially announced by the authorities - no cancellation fees will be charged.
4) The advance fee is 10% of the amount of the order
