A homely and pleasant villa with a view of the Sea of Galilee, a private heated indoor pool, and an atmosphere suitable for a pastoral and relaxing family vacation
Location and ambience
The villa is located in the Nof Kinneret neighborhood, which is on the map between Rosh Pina and Safed. Although it is a residential neighborhood, the vibe here is quiet and laid-back, and the Sea of Galilee spread across the street provides a perfect setting for a vacation.
A small flight of stairs leads to the main entrance, but this should be taken into account when it comes to people with disabilities.
What does the place include
Just before entering the villa, pass by the outdoor complex - there is a small balcony surrounded by an amazing view of the Sea of Galilee, a barbecue area (charcoal) and a cute dining area. In the other part of the complex, which is separated by a glass gate (with a child lock), there are the treats - a large spa jacuzzi and a beautiful pool sunk into the floor, heated and covered - from here you can also see the magical view. The atmosphere in this part is super intimate and warm, and allows for maximum privacy and comfort.
Inside the villa we discovered a spacious and clean space, with a rustic-modern kitchen that is fully equipped for cooking, and is very suitable for the religious community. Next to the kitchen you will find a designed dining area that is suitable for up to 12 diners, and further on the spacious living room with a brick wall, where a TV with a 50 inch screen is embedded. Adjacent to the window overlooking the view, you can enjoy a pool table - a cool exit that turns the living room into a recreation space with several options.
The design of the villa is very eclectic and combines elements from different worlds - pictures that add a lot of color, next to rustic design items and designed mirrors, and bright colors next to calm cream tones.
The villa has a total of five bedrooms. The first is located on the entrance floor, and it is also used as a bathroom. Adjacent to it is a bathroom with toilet and shower (there are only two bathrooms in the entire villa).
On the upper floor are the other four rooms - one master room with a high and cool tiled ceiling, quite spacious offering a sitting area, a double bed, a make-up area, a closet and a partial view of the Sea of Galilee. Two more rooms offer a double bed, a closet and a TV, and the third room is for children where you can find a 1.20 size bed. Another bathroom is located on the floor, intended for use by the four rooms on the level.
You should know
The kitchen is very suitable for the religious community - there are two sinks, hot water and a Shabbat plate, and even an urn for washing hands.
