• Unless otherwise stated on the order confirmation, cancellation of an order received up to 3 days before the arrival date at 12:00 - no cancellation fee. If canceled later, the cost of the first night of the reservation will be charged.

• Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in a charge for the cost of the entire reservation and the room will be released for sale at 12:00 the next day.

• During holidays, peak periods and special dates, the following cancellation policy will apply:

• Cancellation of an order received up to five days before the arrival date at 12:00 - no cancellation fee. If canceled later, the cost of the first 2 nights of the reservation will be charged.

• Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in a charge for the cost of the entire reservation.

• Long stays, group bookings and special events will be charged a deposit according to the hotel's terms and policies.
