The upper part of the Kinneret settlement houses luxury villas. From the moment I arrived in the neighborhood I felt the feeling of vacation - how can you not when the Sea of Galilee peeks behind every villa, and a pool behind every fence? The two villas that I inspected benefit from complexes that allow excellent privacy and are located in a place that allows a panoramic view of the Sea of Galilee. The villas are located in separate complexes 5 minutes' walk from each other. Kinneret Moshava offers the distance from the noise, but the proximity to the Kinneret. Both villas are built in a very modern design, with a high level of finish and excellent maintenance quality.

Villa "Roman in Kinneret" offers very spacious spaces. It starts with a large and well-designed living room with a huge 58" TV (and game console), a fully equipped kitchen and a huge dining area. There is an excellent spice here, and also in the complex itself - you have an entire dunam at your disposal with a large, fenced and safe pool for children, all overlooking the Sea of Galilee. Ping pong and a trampoline basically complete everything a group or family needs here.

The villa is divided into three levels and seven bedrooms. You enter through the middle level - a central space with a living room and kitchen, with access to the yard and the pool, and a bedroom with a bathroom next to it. The lower level has one bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. Upper level - there are 5 bedrooms (3 with en-suite bathrooms) and another shared bathroom. All rooms have a television and a wardrobe.

Villa "Yahli in Kinneret" also enjoys an open panoramic view towards the Sea of Galilee. The villa is divided into two levels: you enter a central level - a very large living room that can accommodate a huge number of guests (with a huge television and a game console), an exit to the outdoor area, a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen, as well as three bedrooms with an attached bathroom. In addition, there is a TV and game room on this level, for the children's use. On the lower level there are two bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a small living room area. All bedrooms have a television and a wardrobe.

The outdoor complex offers a large, fenced and safe pool for children that overlooks the Sea of Galilee. Ping pong and a trampoline also complete the experience here.

It seems that these complexes provide everything that a group, or family, needs. Here there is the proximity to the Sea of Galilee, the height enough to view it, and two spacious villas that offer all the necessary equipment. Especially large groups can take both villas at the same time, and the short distance between them will allow for easy "family reunification".
