Levit House

אני בחור צנוע ופשוט הליכות, באמת. חשוב לי שהדברים מולי יהיו בגובה העיניים, גם כשמדובר באנשים וגם כשמדובר בצימרים. אתם יודעים מה? גם כשמדובר במתחמים יוקרתיים באמת. כשנכנסתי לשכונה הזו המצויה בחלקה העליון של המושבה כנרת, הרגשתי שהגעתי לחופשה יוקרתית בעיירת נופש רומנטית: הסביבה המטופחת, האגם הסמוך ובתי המידות. אבל גם היה שם משהו שהרגיש לי נוח ונעים. פתוח, לבבי.

זה המשיך כפגשתי בכניסה לוילה את סיוון, המארחת ב"לויט האוס" (Levit הוא שם המשפחה של הבעלים).  סיוון, בחורה מתוקתקת ונעימת מבט, התחילה את הסיור בחלק המבנה השייך לוילת האירוח והכניסה אותי לחלל המרכזי שמכיל מטבח מרשים, מעוצב ומאובזר וסלון ענקי עם יציאה לבריכה בנויה מדהימה הפונה לנוף באמת שווה. שוס אמיתי.

כייאה למקצוען אמיתי, אני מסתיר את ההתלהבות ושואל "למה שאנשים יבואו דווקא לפה? יש הרבה מקומות יפים ומעוצבים, עם בריכה מרשימה ונוף שווה" ובלי להסס לרגע סיוון מבטיחה שעד סוף הסיור אבין.

היא מובילה אותי למפלס העליון של הוילה המכיל 3 חדרי שינה: סוויטת הורים גדולה עם מרפסת שמש פרטית ועוד שני חדרי שינה עם מרפסת שמש משותפת. המרפסות כמובן פונות לנוף פנורמי לכנרת ומאובזרות בפינת ישיבה נוחה.

החדרים מאובזרים במיטה זוגית גדולה, ארון בגדים, שידה וחדר מקלחת פרטי. אנחנו יורדים למטה שוב, ואני מגלה פתאום שבמפלס התחתון יש גם חדר "רביצה" מלא בפופים ומזרונים. שיהיה… למה לא? מקום לא חסר.

"על הדרך" היא מספרת לי שיש אייפד ששולט על הוילה באופן מלא (בית חכם): מההפעלה של מוסיקה, דרך הטלוויזיה, המיזוג ועוד כהנה וכהנה. כאן, חוש הביקורת שלי נדרך: עם כל החשיבה הרצינית הזו על האבזור מעניין מה הם פספסו במתחם החוץ של הוילה... הרי חייב להיות משהו שחסר לא?

מי מנצח- הבריכה המחוממת או הנוף?
אז זהו שלא. כנרת או בריכה? בחיי שזה מבלבל. יש במתחם החוץ שולחן ישיבה גדול ופינות שיזוף, אזור גריל עם מטבח חיצוני יקר להחריד, צמחייה מטופחת-  אבל אין ספק שעל תשומת לבי מתחרים כאן הבריכה והנוף. גם אם ממש תנסו לא תצליחו לפספס את הנוף המדהים הזה.

שתי סוויטות נפרדות, מאובזרות היטב
סיוון מראה לי את שתי הסוויטות הנפרדות, עם הכניסה הנפרדת (מאחור) לכל אחת מהן. הסוויטות האלו לא גדולות (28 מ"ר) אך היותן ממוקמות בצמוד לבריכה ובעלות חלל אחד פתוח עם חלונות הזזה ענקיים החוצה נותן תחושה של "ספייס" נעים ומרווח. הן מאובזרות היטב עם מיטה זוגית, שידה, טלוויזיה (YESׂ), פינת ישיבה ומטבחון (מיקרו, מקרר, מכונת קפה, תה) וחדר רחצה. העיצוב כאן נקי ומרגיע, באותו הלך הרוח של הוילה.

לסיכום: אני מתיישב בדלפק הגדול במטבח, עם קפה איכותי שיצא מהמכונה וחושב לעצמי שכך בדיוק הייתי מקים את הבית שלי. יש אנשים עם מזל, ויש כאלה שנאלצים להזמין כמה לילות, לטעום מהשלמות הזו.

At the entrance to the villa I met Sivan, the host at "Levit House" (Levit is the owner's last name). Sivan, a sweet girl with a pleasant look, started the tour in the part of the building that belongs to the accommodation villa and took me into the central space that contains an impressive, well-designed and equipped kitchen and a huge living room with an exit to an amazingly built pool that faces a really worthwhile view. A real hoe.

Befitting a true professional, I hide my enthusiasm and ask "Why would people come here? There are many beautiful and well-designed places, with an impressive pool and an equal view" and without hesitating for a moment Sivan promises that by the end of the tour I will understand.

She leads me to the upper level of the villa which contains 3 bedrooms: a large master suite with a private sun terrace and two more bedrooms with a shared sun terrace. The balconies of course face a panoramic view of the Sea of Galilee and are equipped with a comfortable seating area.

The rooms are equipped with a large double bed, a wardrobe, a dresser and a private shower room. We go downstairs again, and I suddenly discover that on the lower level there is also a "beating" room full of poufs and mattresses. Let it be... why not? There is no shortage of space.

"On the way" she tells me that there is an iPad that controls the villa completely (a smart home): from playing music, through the TV, the air conditioning and much more. Here, my sense of criticism is triggered: with all this serious thinking about the fittings, I wonder what they missed in the outdoor area of the villa... surely there must be something missing, right?

Kinneret or a pool? Gee, that's confusing. The outdoor complex has a large sitting table and sunbathing areas, a grill area with a terribly expensive outdoor kitchen, well-kept vegetation - but there is no doubt that the pool and the view are competing for my attention here. Even if you really try, you won't be able to miss this amazing view.

At this point, Sivan shows me the two separate suites , with the separate entrance (at the back) to each of them. These suites are not large (28 square meters), but the fact that they are located next to the pool and have one open space with huge sliding windows to the outside gives the feeling of a pleasant and spacious "space". They are well equipped with a double bed, a dresser, a TV (YES), a sitting area and a kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea) and a bathroom. The design here is clean and relaxing, in the same mindset as the villa.

Beyond the design, or the fittings, or the careful thinking, there is much more here: the specific location in Kinneret Moshava made me feel truly abroad. A lake in Italy? Could it be... I sit down at the large counter in the kitchen, with a quality coffee that came out of the machine and think to myself that this is exactly how I would set up my house. Some people are lucky, and some are forced to book a few nights, to taste this perfection.
