To find a pleasant peace, on a cliff high above the valley
Neima Begolan - A Melody in the Golan - this spot's name fits the atmosphere perfectly. It's so pleasant here, so peaceful, the air is so clear that it seems like nature itself created a musical melody based on the sounds of the wind and the birds chirping.
Sometimes, travelling through the Golan Heights is like being overseas. Only here does the term "end of the world" sound geographically accurate. And the term "birds-eye view" corresponds not only to the beautiful views from the Golan Heights mountaintops, but also to the hawks and eagles you'll see everywhere.
Here, on Orvim Cliff, the landscapes change with the seasons in an alternating display of nature's colors - yellow gold in summer, bold green in autumn, snowy white in winter and fiery red in spring.
Two uniquely designed suites reside in a solid stone building, located on Mtsok Oravim, in the settlement of Kela Alon in the west of the Golan Heights. Each suite is surrounded by two private and completely isolated outdoor areas - in front of the building and behind it. These outdoor areas are immersed in rich vegetation and offer quality and tempting equipment: a spa jacuzzi, a swimming pool, a dining table and plenty of romantic seating areas. The units themselves were built on two floors, with the living room and kitchen located on the ground floor and the jacuzzi, the view balcony and the sleeping area located on the gallery floor.
First we will tour the spacious courtyards of the units: with an oriental-style arched gate leading you forward, the area at the front of the suite is based on a light wooden "deck" that is pleasant to the touch of bare feet. A huge dining table stands at the entrance, ready and waiting for a romantic meal. In the "Pomegranate" suite, this area also contains a jacuzzi spa (in the second suite, the jacuzzi spa is located at the back of the complex). The backyard of the suites is divided into a comfortable sitting area near tropical gardening areas, and a pool area on a high podium. (In the Tamar suite you will also find a spa jacuzzi here).
The spacious accommodation units (70 square meters) are almost completely identical, except for the color scale in the interior design. The suites radiate a sense of calm and quality thanks to the comfortable furniture, the functional division into living areas, and the quiet, flowing and uncluttered design, which combines Mediterranean inspiration with modern elements and retro touches.
The large ground floor is made in soft pastel shades, instilling a sense of peace in the guests. The wooden parquet and the ceiling beams give the space a rustic, soothing atmosphere. Natural light flows into the space through the large windows. A wall of windows with an exit to the backyard allows easy access to the pool area.
The living room corner here consists of a high-quality fabric chaise longue sofa and a coffee table in front of a large LCD screen standing on a counter in a stone niche. A graceful dining area stands in front of the window and a fully equipped kitchenette is located under a staircase leading to the gallery floor.
The upper floor radiates intimacy and romance and allows a loved couple to feel free, bold and uninhibited here. A large rectangular Jacuzzi is housed in a niche defined by a frosted glass wall. The bathroom is particularly large, and is equipped with a double rain shower head. The sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable and spacious wooden bed, an adjustable LCD screen and an exit to a lovely panoramic balcony, facing the roofs of the settlement and beyond - to the view of the Golan Mountains.
To summarize:
"Gaia Golan" - an abundance of pampering, an atmosphere of peace, a pleasant and relaxing design in a unique environment... for those looking for a rare place with a feeling that "grows wings".
