I meet Uri, the host, in the quaint café in the impressive central stone building. The man left behind a successful career as an industrialist in the center to come to the northern tip of the country and devote himself to hospitality. Judging by the relaxed smile on his face – it paid off in a big way.
This smile never left his lips throughout the visit, and Uri patiently explained every detail to me.
Before we say goodbye, as we walk through the cafe again, Uri checks for the 6th time if I'm interested in espresso or fruit infusion. Maybe homemade cookies? I guess that's how it feels when you do things from the heart...
